Great guide and very well organised. We were picked up on time and after picking up some more guests from nearby hotels we went straight to the ferry and then to a waiting car and then straight to the balloon site. The flying was fantastic and very friendly pilot. A great experience!

Spectacular view from above! Best way to see the ruins in Luxor. Really special treat for my Bday🥂 Only downside was that we’re not able to see the sunrise. The company had many people to pick up and we were not the apart of the first round of balloons to leave. Guide and team was phenomenal. We had a very safe flight and super experienced pilot with an A+ landing👏🏼

My first time on a hot air balloon and it was very fun. The crew prepares you for the ride from start to finish so you are in good hands. You get to see the surroundings of Luxor and Valley of the Kings. Be warned though the balloon rides leave early in the morning and may not happen if the weather/wind affects the ride so don't be disappointed, safety first. A great place up in the sky to take photos but be highly cautious as you don't want to drop your camera or smartphone.

From the seamless logistics to the fantastic crew, everything was perfectly executed for an unforgettable sunrise experience. Our day began with our wonderful guide, Yousry, who was an absolute star. He met us right at our hotel, expertly managed the boat crossing over the Nile, and then a quick drive to the launch site. Yousry’s preparation was thorough; he clearly explained all the safety rules, making everyone feel comfortable and ready for the ascent. His friendly and professional manner set a great tone for the entire morning. Once at the launch site, we were in the hands of Captain Ali, a truly exceptional pilot. With 16 years of experience, his knowledge and skill were immediately evident. Not only was he incredibly reassuring and professional, but he was also genuinely funny, keeping us entertained with his commentary throughout the flight. Cruising over the ancient wonders of Luxor at sunrise was a magical sight, and Captain Ali made sure we had perfect views. Best of all, he brought us down with a very safe and smooth landing—a testament to his extensive experience. The entire staff was great and friendly. We were treated so well from start to finish. The coordination between the hotel pickup, the river crossing, the safety briefing, and the flight itself was flawless. This was truly one of the highlights of our trip! From start to finish, everything was so well organised. Our guide Yousry was amazing - he collected us early in the morning with a big smile, made sure we were comfortable, and explained the process clearly. Our captain, Ali, was fantastic. You could really feel how experienced and confident he was, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and relaxed. Floating silently above the temples and the Nile, with the sun rising over the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, was absolutely magical. They do mention bringing a jacket or something warm for the early morning, but we didn’t need it at all, the heat from the flames is quite intense at times (though thankfully not constant), which kept us warm during the flight. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made us feel safe throughout the journey. Seeing Luxor from above - the farmlands, the desert, and the ancient sites - is something I’ll never forget.
