Sweetest is truly an excellent training school. The owners, Lorenzo and Simona, are truly knowledgeable; nothing is left to chance. The workshop is well-equipped and spacious in a great location, and the school also provides a list of participating accommodations. I attended the course on Large Leavened Products taught by Angelo Di Masso, a highly skilled professional. All topics were covered very thoroughly, both theoretically and, above all, practically. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this school.

I've taken several master's courses at this school... Simona and Lorenzo were incredibly welcoming and available!! My favorite courses? The ones with Gennaro Volpe πŸ₯° highly recommended!! I finished my Cake Design Basics course with Angelo Kofler today. What can I say? It was a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back for another course. I learned some techniques that will be gold for my work. I attended the school in December 2016. I completed the cake design course. It was amazing. I learnt so much and everyone was so warm and welcoming. I only speak very little Italian however Simona was very helpful and I didn't feel I was left behind at all. I have since opened a pasticceria in Scotland and I use so many recipes and techniques that I learnt from the sweetest school. I cannot reccomend this school enough. Professional, fun and very informative. Worth every single penny!!!
