I attended the school in December 2016. I completed the cake design course. It was amazing. I learnt so much and everyone was so warm and welcoming. I only speak very little Italian however Simona was very helpful and I didn't feel I was left behind at all. I have since opened a pasticceria in Scotland and I use so many recipes and techniques that I learnt from the sweetest school. I cannot reccomend this school enough. Professional, fun and very informative. Worth every single penny!!!
