Really recommend to visit the Amalfi coast. We booked a tour to visit Sorento, Positano and Amalfi and stay there between 1 to 1.5 hours at each place. Had a smaller group of total 8 people and the driver mentioned facts about the area during the drive.

We visited the Amalfi Coast on December 27, 2025, and it was absolutely perfect. The weather was beautiful—mild, sunny, and comfortable for walking without the summer heat—and best of all, it wasn’t overly crowded. We were able to truly enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. We explored Positano, Ravello, and Amalfi, and each town had its own charm. Positano was stunning, with its iconic cliffside views and colorful buildings cascading toward the sea. Ravello felt peaceful and elegant, with breathtaking panoramic views and a quieter, more relaxed vibe. Amalfi itself was lively but manageable, and it was wonderful to see the cathedral and wander the town without peak-season crowds. The Christmas decorations made everything even more magical. Festive lights, holiday displays, and seasonal touches throughout the towns added warmth and charm, making the already beautiful coast feel extra special during this time of year. Traveling here in late December gave us the chance to experience the Amalfi Coast in a more authentic, relaxed way. Although about half the shops and restaurants were open, locals were welcoming, and everything felt more personal. If you’re looking for incredible views, pleasant weather, festive holiday atmosphere, and fewer tourists, visiting the Amalfi Coast in winter—especially around late December—is an amazing choice. We would absolutely do it again.

We met our guide in the main square of Napoli, and we set off for the day. The whole day was fantastic. Stopping at various points along the way for wonderful photo opportunities, and then a lovely, short boat cruise along the coast of Amalfi. Our guide Roberto was engaging and humorous, plus very knowledgeable and made it much more enjoyable. Some beautiful food in Amalfi, and some divine desserts. This is the place to buy the best Limoncello too.

The 2nd most beautiful place I have ever seen with my own eyes. Stunning views no matter where you look. We visited here over the summer and I still think about it every single day.

Breathtaking and unforgettable! The Amalfi Coast is truly one of the most stunning places you’ll ever see—the views are absolutely postcard-perfect at every turn. Towering cliffs, sparkling turquoise waters, and picturesque villages make this destination something straight out of a dream. I highly recommend visiting by coach if possible. The roads are incredibly narrow, winding, and steep, and while experienced drivers might manage, it’s not for the faint-hearted! If you do decide to drive, go for a small car—a big vehicle would be a real challenge on those roads. Beaches are beautiful but often require a walk down the cliffs, and some do charge for entry. It’s worth it for the experience, though! The restaurants along the coast are wonderful—laid-back, welcoming, and happy to let you enjoy your meal without rushing you, which is refreshing in such a popular tourist spot. Parking is expensive—around €10 per hour—so if you’re driving, plan to make the most of your time there. Honestly, words don’t do it justice—I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. A place you’ll never forget!
