We spend half a day here walking and marveling g at nature. It was worth every minute. We visited early in the morning in November, and it was not crowded. It was a gentle hike, with a few stairs to climb so bring comfortable shoes.
Absolutely beautiful even in the winter with all the snow. The toilets are clean and well maintained. There is a machine that takes coins or bills when you need to use the restrooms.
Saxon Switzerland National Park is a great spot for a day trip. The trails aren’t too demanding, making it perfect for an easy hike through beautiful forest scenery. There’s a restaurant where you can grab a proper meal, an ice cream, or a coffee with a view. Lovely landscapes, peaceful atmosphere, and enjoyable for all ages — a really nice place to spend the day.
