Although I visit Vienna quite often, this was my first time going to the outlet. Even though Vienna is an expensive city, the outlet is reasonably priced, and I didn’t regret going at all. My experiences and tips for those who are planning to visit: 1. No matter what time you arrive, there is always a queue in front of UGG; mornings and evenings are relatively the least crowded. I waited 40 minutes at 11:30. Prices were good. Even if you don’t find exactly what you’re looking for, there are so many discounts that you’ll definitely end up buying something. Also, after waiting 45 minutes in freezing weather, you almost feel obliged to buy something before leaving. With discounts plus tax free, it’s very affordable. 2. I went in the morning by coach and bought a return ticket for €25. It’s very straightforward—the coach departs from opposite the Vienna State Opera. Some people in the reviews said they couldn’t find it; honestly, that’s very basic tourist confusion. It’s impossible to miss. If you don’t have a ticket in advance, arrive about 20 minutes early. It’s a comfortable 40-minute coach ride. 3. For the return, I didn’t use my return coach ticket (I had to leave earlier, so I lost the €12.50 return fare) and travelled independently instead. I actually wished I hadn’t bought the coach ticket at all—it’s much more comfortable this way. The coach is really for tourists who don’t know their way around. The train is more comfortable and gives you more freedom. I went from Parndorf Outlet to Parndorf Ort station for €7, then paid €12.50 to get to Wien Hbf. 4. The most important tip: if you’re not only staying within the city and you’re visiting for a longer period, buy the most comprehensive 7-day all-inclusive ticket—then you won’t pay these extra fares anyway. Inspections are rare, but never travel without a ticket just because it’s not checked often; the fines are extremely high. We always buy tickets everywhere. 5. Don’t carry your shopping bags around inside the outlet. There are free lockers in at least 7–8 locations, usually near the toilets. One is near the toilets opposite the Guest Information desk. Drop things off as you go. 6. If you want to shop comfortably, allow a full day. If you’re shopping brand by brand, four hours is enough. There can be queues inside the shops, at the tills, and outside. They’re very used to tax-free shopping and process it quickly. 7. There is always a queue at UGG and Michael Kors. 8. The toilets are clean.

My experience at Designer Outlet Parndorf was excellent. The place is large and well-organized, and it houses a huge number of international brands at discounted prices compared to regular stores. Navigating between shops is easy, and there are amenities such as restaurants, cafes, and seating areas, making even a long visit comfortable. The offers were good, especially on clothing and shoes, and the staff in most shops were helpful. It's true that it gets crowded at times on weekends, but overall, the experience is worth a visit, and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys shopping and brands at lower prices. There is also a prayer room for men and women and a tax-free center.

Most of the outlet is at full price! Its named outlet yet the prices are not outlet. There is only a small section in each store with a very minimal discount from original prices. The only store i entered that actually had outlet prices was Gucci! Food is expensive here too. The place is huge. Not worth the visit for me. Roermond outlet in Netherlands is way better although they are the same!!!

Despite extensive road works causing the trip to be 6 hours inside the bus going and coming back the driver was excellent and we had a good 5 hours at the outlet for shopping. Prices vary depending on the outlet but the variety is great.
