Great service and wonderful idea to make the most out of your layover in Doha. We booked for 7 people and were hesitant at first but the outstanding service and warm welcome of the desk operator "Mouna" was enough to convince us to book it. She was a warm and welcoming person and delivered us with 5 stars quality and speedy service. We recommend to anyone who wants to explore Doha on short layovers.

I booked a 3 hours city tour when I had a 13 hours layover at Doha when I flew with Qatar. The service is proper, well organised and they really follow exact timing for their tour. The tour guide is professional and we went with a big bus. I took my hand carry Backpack with me and keep it under the bus. The weather was very hot and they gave free bottled water in the bus. Overall I enjoyed the city tour and learnt about the country and city. Highly recommended if you want to explore the city in a short period of time.

If you have a lay over of 7hrs or more, I would suggest taking this tour. You can find their desk right next to the yellow giant teddy bear. Just ask the airport staff and they would be happy to help you. The airport is gigantic. Please remember if you can book online and do the payment, that would be really helpful as well. Reach one hour ahead of your scheduled tour time, they take you to immigration and the onto the bus. The cost of the tour is 115QR/32USD/25£/30€ (April 2024) The tour guide for me was an American women. They take us in an air conditioned bus and provide with drinking water. Total tour time is 3hrs. This part is for Indians and some other passport holders, they make you book hotel rooms for two days even if you are transiting for a very short period of time. This hotel booking is what gets you the opportunity to avail a visa, this applies to lots of developing nations. Very much discriminatory, I believe Qatar has it's reason. If you have a friend who resides in Qatar, can ask them to use their Hayya card & help you with the visa process. It saves you from the hassale of booking a hotel. I would recommend this tour, much better than wasting time within the airport for hours. Gives you a small glimpse of Doha.
