We recently stayed at the Burj al Arab hotel and it did not disappoint. The suites are amazing with so much space and great amenities. I would like to say that Pranoj and Jonathan really looked after us especially as my daughters were in a different suite.Pranoj often went over and above. We were celebrating my wife’s 50th. They surprised her with a cake and balloons in the room, with Pranoj playing happy birthday on the guitar, it was lovely. All the staff were great including front desk and at Sal. The pool area never felt busy and the staff were so attentive. The sunbeds and facilities by the pool were great We shall be returning back BAA

Excellent stay, hotel is amazing, staff are amazing. You can’t appreciate the building from photos, did the tour and decided we needed to stay for the full experience. The suite we had was amazing, immaculate, extraordinary decor but what do you expect! Breakfast was amazing lots of choice, pool area amazing. Only thing to let it down for the price you pay, said we had a butler but this is a WhatsApp service, when I requested a couple of items to be ironed it was an extra charge 🤷♂️, also returned an item to the shop but didn’t refund me at the counter said they needed to send it back the accounts 🤷♂️ can see this being an issue! Let’s hope not!

I have been staying at the Burj Al Arab since I was 17 years old, and after countless summers spent here—and even celebrating my honeymoon at this iconic hotel—it truly feels like my second home. No other place in the world delivers the level of service, comfort, and genuine warmth that the Burj Al Arab offers. A very special shout-out to Abbas and Nagur at the adults-only pool. They have been working here for many years, and their presence is one of the reasons the hotel feels so unique and personal to me. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail elevate every stay. Without them, it simply wouldn’t be the same experience. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the recent practice of allowing groups of tourists to walk through the hotel for visits. This slightly reduces the sense of exclusivity that the Burj was known for years ago, when such tours didn’t take place. I hope the management considers this feedback, as the privacy and serenity of the hotel have always been part of its magic. Despite this, the Burj Al Arab will always be incredibly special to me. It remains the ultimate example of what luxury hospitality should be—an unmatched standard of service and a place I will keep returning to for the rest of my life

It was an amazing experience staying in this hotel for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Everything about this hotel was good including the suite, amenities, decor and food. The staff were extremely helpful. It is an exclusive hotel and one of its kind in the world. The location on Jumeirah beach is also ideal. It is Dubai’s landmark hotel and we would cherish our experience forever. I would thoroughly recommend this fantastic hotel.
