Chris

Many thanks to the two guys in the Workshop, Michael and his colleague Greg. They really saved me with an urgent situation two days before a cyclo-cross race. The lads are very knowledgeable, professional with an excellent manner. Fair play and thanks 👍

Great team in the Cycle Superstore Tallaght, have bought several bikes and loads of equipment there. The team have great experience and are always willing to offer advice. Even the younger lads and girls that work there, which is great to see. Was just on there today collecting a bike and helmet for my son. I had an issue with a voucher I was trying to use (my fault for not advising correctly which account I wanted to use it on), but the girl at the desk (sorry, can't remember her name) got Tadhg down and it was sorted. Stefan and Caden were great at helping me pick the bike and helmet, offering great advice. The lads have some great mountains biking stories too...😂 Many thanks lads and girls... will be back the next time I need anything for the bike...👌

Bought a bike from them in the summer and in the space of 5 months i have had nothing but problems. Already a clicking sound from the bottom bracket. Removed the back wheel recently only for the rear sprocket to start to slide off and other spacer parts fall out. They dont know how to assemble bikes properly here. They do have a decent customer service and will offer to repair or give you a 6 week after purchase service however the problems start with not assembling bikes properly to begin with. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Excellent service! Great selection of bikes and gear. Stefan was very friendly and helpful, he really knew what he was talking about, his passion and cycling experience made all the difference. He shared bikepacking tips that were super useful.I purchased Zefal brand handlebar bag and frame bags, they held up perfectly on a week along Ireland’s west coast.

I just purchased a bike through the bike to work scheme and, overall, a very easy and positive experience. I dealt primarily with Dan but spoke with several people in their shop. All great to deal with. Dan knew his stuff, made some good recommendations re pedals/helmet, etc and was easy to chat with. Bike itself arrived really well packaged, padded and in perfect condition. Easy to reassemble the small few bits they have to disassemble to post it. Really happy with Cycle Superstore and happy to recommend them to others. Thanks!
