Had a great experience with Hamza last week. He guided us through the old souks and the historical district. And apart from the authentic experience Hamza was really the best guide we had in Dubai. He explained well and gave some additional insight and tourist tips on the fly. Really made a connection with the group, which is not always the case with guides who just do their "thing". Francis is a good guide. He is puncture, polite, warm and soft spoken. I often distribute by the voice of other tourist guide nearby, if Francis can speak louder or avoid other tourist guide will be better. He gives us some history of this old Dubai Town, but I always urge for more of the culture rich Arabic town. The boat is wonderful, a experience how people live around here. His advice for shopping was good. I feel I am safe to shop as he gives us tips on shopping. Thank you for spending time with us.
