An Outstanding Experience in Uganda We had an unforgettable experience with Sipi Falls Tours, spending several days traveling with Sam and his wonderful team. Everything—from the first communication to the final day—was perfectly organized and executed with great care. Overall Impression The Sipi region truly touched our hearts. The landscape is breathtaking, and the people are incredibly friendly and open. Experiencing their genuine hospitality and traditional way of life was deeply moving and made this one of the most memorable parts of our Uganda journey. Organization Before the trip, Sam advised us patiently, helping us design the perfect itinerary. He was flexible and customized the program exactly to our needs. Even after arrival, we could still adjust plans spontaneously, and his team always came up with great ideas that matched our interests. We also booked a safari through him in Murchison Falls National Park, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. Everything ran on time and smoothly—no delays during the entire nine days we spent with the company. Transfers & Drivers All transfers were reliable, safe, and comfortable. The vehicles were well equipped, and the drivers friendly and professional. A special thanks to Ismail, our excellent driver, who impressed us with his skillful driving on and off-road, his knowledge of local food stops, and his friendly company. We can highly recommend him! Activities We enjoyed a variety of activities in and around Sipi: hikes to the Sipi Falls and Sisiyi Falls, scenic walks to viewpoints, and a sunset tour. We also joined a cooking class with two lovely women from the community, Bena and Lucy, where we not only prepared matooke but also harvested them and collected firewood ourselves—a truly authentic and heartwarming experience. Another highlight was the coffee tour with Joel, who taught us a lot about coffee growing and trade, and whose knowledge and enthusiasm were inspiring. Throughout most activities, our guide Francis made sure we were comfortable and well cared for. He adjusted the pace during hikes, helped us along the way, made sure we had snacks and drinks, and shared his vast knowledge about the region and its plants. His humor and charm made every hike both fun and educational—thank you, Francis! In Murchison Falls National Park, Sam’s local contacts gave us an unforgettable safari experience, with ranger Savior going above and beyond to make it special. Recommendation We always felt safe, supported, and treated like friends rather than clients. The professionalism, flexibility, and warmth of this company are exceptional. We can wholeheartedly recommend Sipi Falls Tours—not only for exploring Sipi, but also for safaris and adventures across Uganda. Sam and his team truly go the extra mile to create a personal and unforgettable experience. We would absolutely travel with them again!

My visit to Sipi Falls was an unforgettable adventure. The hike up the hills was exciting and offered stunning views of the countryside. Reaching the waterfalls was breathtaking — the powerful rush of water and cool mist created a refreshing feeling. We explored caves hidden behind the falls, where the air was cool and filled with the sound of dripping water. The guide shared interesting stories about the caves’ history. The combination of hiking, the majestic waterfalls, and mysterious caves made the experience truly memorable and a perfect blend of nature and adventure. All thanks goes to Sipi Sam the local guide at Sipi falls 🙏 can't wait to come back with my team again for more activities like coffee and abseiling and many more activities that he offers.

We had an amazing two days with Sam as our guide. During this we visited Chebonet and Sipi falls, both of which are beautiful and come highly recommended. The hike to Chebonet is a bit harder than Sipi falls but it is worth the struggle. During the hikes we came through the local community and thanks to Sam we learned a lot about the way of living and the history of the region. The second day we had the coffee tour which was very interesting as well! All in all I would recommend everyone visiting Uganda to take some time, visit Sipi and ask for Sam as your guide 😀.

We did the hike and the coffee tour with Sam. If we could give 6 stars, we would. Sam took his time, gave us lots of insights, spotted animals and helped us to get in touch with the local culture. A really great guy with a lot of knowledge and a good sense of humor. One of our best experiences during our time in Uganda. We will be back!
