This half day excursion begins with pickup at 6.30 am or 1.30 pm from Punta Arenas airport or your hotel, followed by transfer to Muelle Prat. From here, board a catamaran to begin a scenic navigation through the historic Strait of Magellan. The catamaran ride lasts approximately two hours each way. Upon arrival at Magdalena Island, you will have about one hour to walk and observe the impressive Magellanic penguin colony in its natural habitat.
