This park is huge and very clean and organized. There are plenty of parking, free and paid. Visiting the pavilions were nice but there are only shops inside. I wish they had some more cultural and/or typical things about each country. Some more history about the places but it’s only shop. There are plenty of food trucks and they du have a nice area full of rides for those who want to have more fun! The rides are not included on the main entrance. I recommend buying the tickets in advance online to save time and money. Visit my instagram: @nextdestination_ca

Global Village Dubai is an absolute must-visit! One simply cannot visit all the countries in a single day — trust me, it’s impossible! We went around 12–15 pavilions and still felt like we only saw a tiny part of it. The place is HUGE — bring your most comfortable shoes because you’ll walk for hours. Every pavilion feels like a mini trip abroad — the colors, music, smells, everything is so vibrant. Food was the highlight — we tasted authentic delicacies from India, Turkey, Morocco, Lebanon, Egypt, Pakistan, and more. Spicy chaat, juicy kebabs, fresh shawarmas, sweet kunafa — every bite was heaven! Shopping is addictive — perfumes, handmade jewelry, clothes, dates, sweets, carpets… I lost count of my bags. Bargaining is fun and totally expected in most stalls. The atmosphere at night is electric — lights everywhere, live performances, happy crowds. We didn’t see the fireworks (went on a weekday), but the energy was still amazing. Floating market and carnival games added extra fun for the whole group. Entry ticket is very reasonable, especially when you see how much there is to explore. Perfect place for families, couples, or friends — everyone finds something to love. I’ve been to many attractions in Dubai, but Global Village remains my favorite.

Global Village Dubai is easily one of my top recommendations for anyone visiting during the cooler months, and the current 30th season is spectacular. It is not just a theme park; it is a massive open-air cultural festival that feels like a quick trip around the world. As a travel guide, I always tell my clients to block out an entire evening for this because the scale is immense, and you will want to take your time exploring the different country pavilions. The shopping here is fantastic if you know where to look. Skip the generic plastic souvenirs and head straight to the Yemen pavilion for incredible Sidr honey and spices, or the Africa pavilion for authentic shea butter and hand-carved woodwork. The bargaining culture is alive and well in these retail sections, so do not be afraid to negotiate a little. The vibe shifts completely at night when the lights turn on, making the replicas of iconic landmarks like the Taj Mahal and Eiffel Tower look magical against the night sky. Food is arguably the biggest draw. You must arrive with an empty stomach because the street food options are endless. My personal favorites are the Floating Market for authentic Asian bites—the tom yum soup is outstanding—and the Bosnian House for their famous kebabs. For a quick snack, the Indian Chaat Bazaar offers an explosion of flavors that perfectly captures the chaos and taste of Mumbai streets. A few practical tips to save your evening: wear your most comfortable walking shoes because you will easily clock in thousands of steps. Tuesdays are reserved strictly for families and ladies, which makes for a more relaxed atmosphere. Finally, try to arrive right when it opens at 4 PM to beat the sunset rush and catch the fireworks if you are there on a weekend.

Wow what an amazing special experience we had at the Global Village. This place is huge and so gorgeous at night with all the lights, smells and decor. The idea of the place is to give the sensation of eating and hanging out at various countries in one place. The decor is absolutely amazing and they really made an effort to give out each country's vibe via decor, music and foods. The place was very clean, including the food places and facilities, despite of the karge crowds. We ate a lot (some good some not so much but it is a matter of personal taste) and shopped at the various stores and had a fantastic evening. This is a must activity in Dubai in my opinion.

They have very nicely built pavilions for all the countries/regions of the planet and their shows are good as well. They also have a rides area. They have a lot of restaurants and cafes there, albeit somewhat repetitive. The pavilions themselves do not contain much country/region-specific stalls, and rather have perfumes and Arabic clothing stores in most of them. It is really important to have their map with you, either available online or on their app. Their app also shows timings of the various shows so its helpful. I went on the opening day so many shops were closed and there was a LOT of rush. It actually opened entry at 6:30pm after the ceremony. I would definitely not recommend visiting on the opening day. Its best visited in the late evening or night as it is completely outdoors. October is a bit warm so we were drenched and couldn’t take much photos as well. However, their construction is something to awe at.
