We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Salva Beach! The hotel left a very positive impression with its clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful sea views, and high level of service. We would especially like to highlight the Italian restaurant and its waitstaff. The service was excellent — the staff were very polite, attentive, and professional. Special thanks to the waiter Shahob, who was extremely friendly, detail-oriented, and always ready to help with menu recommendations. He created a warm and welcoming atmosphere and made every dinner truly enjoyable. Employees like him make a stay truly memorable. Many thanks to the entire hotel team for the great service! We would be happy to return again and highly recommend Hotel Salva Beach to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with outstanding hospitality.

Fantastic place. We booked it for a short staycation, got a decent rate on the villa and it was occupied by the four of us. Right from the checkin, to the service and the helpfulness of the staff, everything was impeccable. The finish and the decor of the villa and the resort was beautiful and very tastefully done, we also got access to the water park. In the evening we went to the massive lighthouse to get some sunset photos, we were lucky that we also got some dolphins playing in the water, made the evening even more special. Lots of restaurants to choose from, we decided to do room service, food was delicious and warm. Only one complaint, the breakfast was a total mess, was very overcrowded, we almost had to wait 30 min to get a place to sit, if thats the case, we should have been told and given an option to order it to our villa, would have saved us the trouble. But great staff, thank you for a very good stay.

The Spa at Hilton Salwa : Sarai at the front desk was warm and professional in helping me decide which treatment would be best. Rahabu was friendly and welcoming and Sabina made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The interior of the spa is stunning and otherworldly. Facilities are second to none , with complimentary use when you book a treatment. The Hammam is ultra-clean & serene. A 10-star must-try for first-timers and seasoned spa lovers alike.

This was our second stay at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort since 2023, and unfortunately, the overall quality has noticeably declined. When the resort first opened, it was truly impressive, but something has clearly changed. We stayed during Qatar National Day, and following a brief rainfall, several issues became apparent. There were water puddles throughout the property—in corridors, walkways, the gym, and even in some rooms. While I understand that rainfall is uncommon in Qatar and appreciate that this may have posed challenges, the resort’s infrastructure seemed unable to cope with even light rain. Beyond this, the overall service fell short of expectations. Staff engagement, housekeeping, pest control, cleanliness, general atmosphere, and available activities were all below the standard we experienced previously. The biggest disappointment, however, was Souk Kitchen, the designated restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The experience was very underwhelming, with cold items such as Umm Ali, poorly flavored traditional Arabic dishes, and a general lack of organization, all of which significantly impacted our dining experience. We also encountered a pest issue, with many ants present in our room shortly after arrival. Additionally, several staff members appeared disengaged, with limited willingness to assist and very little warmth or friendliness. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, especially when compared to our previous visit. I sincerely hope the management is able to address these concerns and restore the resort to the high standard it once had. On a positive note, while writing this review, I received a call from a courteous and professional customer service representative named Youssra. She showed genuine understanding, appreciated the feedback, and assured me that the matter would be escalated to management.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Salwa hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and of great quality. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Habib made check-in smooth, Syed was very helpful as a bellman, and Thengi quickly delivered our amenities. At Souk Kitchen, Vine gave us a warm welcome, and Tychytik (apologies if the spelling is off) provided excellent breakfast service. Pavan handled check-out efficiently, and the valet team, along with Goodluck, were consistently courteous. I also appreciated Urmila from housekeeping for her helpful South Bay guidance. Overall, the team’s professionalism and warm hospitality made the stay truly memorable.
