Experience a unique five-hour mountain adventure in Sirdal, Norway, where guests can mush their own dog sled team up the mountains and above the treeline near Norway’s second-largest nature preserve. This area is home to Europe’s southernmost herd of wild reindeer, providing a stunning backdrop for the adventure. The exact route depends on snow and weather conditions, with meeting points communicated in advance. The day begins with safety instructions and helping prepare the dog teams, ensuring everyone is ready for the journey ahead. Midway through the adventure, the group stops at a charming mountain cabin to rest and hear stories about the area, including tales of the harsh lives of impoverished locals who once survived in primitive conditions. The trip concludes with an exciting downhill ride, including moments where participants must skillfully hit the brakes on steeper sections, before returning home.
This adventure is designed for anyone seeking an action-packed, unique experience in the mountains with a dog sled. Participants must be in good physical condition, have some outdoor experience, and be prepared for a full day of activity, including managing their own dog team throughout. The minimum age to participate is 18 years old, and groups range from two to five people, ensuring a personal and engaging experience. Very nice place for enduro riding. You can rent bike there yet bikes from renting place are not 10/10 as they are heavily used but they works - they rent Specialized stumpjumper with helmet and knee protectors which are included with the bike. Also there is place with food but in midday break it's super long que so better to take your own food :)

The perfect place for MTB, very well organised and run. Trails are very well maintained and done, uplifts is perfect addition to the park with plenty of busses run on regular basis. There is a well stocked shop with MtB gear and bistro on site with superb food. Plenty of seating around and walking trails. Highly recommend for all levels of riders!!

This place is dog gothic mad fun. Bikes are brilliant(dropper seats, smooth well spread gears & very nice brakes). The trails perfectly maintained and drain nicely when wet - lots of sand to move the water out. The trails are well graded, and run close to one another for easy observation of the next level hazards. The staff are expert ,available & kind with advice & navigation suggestions. Hired 5 bikes(free pads, gloves & helmet) with the minibus uplift, played until it was darkening in the woods. The smart ones among us used the showers.

What a lovely day out. My son rode the trails and I went up the walking trail. All very well signposted. Food @ The Gap Kitchen was amazing. All in all a great day out. Will definitely be back
