Divers looking to strengthen their safety skills can advance their training through the two-day PADI Rescue Diver course. Designed for those who have already completed their Advanced certification, the program focuses on developing confidence, situational awareness, and practical rescue techniques that prepare participants to respond effectively during diving emergencies.

Throughout the course, students complete PADI eLearning theory before putting their knowledge into practice during two full days of guided boat dives. Training emphasizes recognizing potential problems, assisting distressed divers, and managing emergency situations both underwater and aboard the vessel, helping participants become more capable and responsible dive partners.

The program includes complete Scuba Pro rental equipment, professional instruction, snacks, and an official PADI Rescue Diver certification card upon successful completion. Participants also receive a fifteen percent discount on purchases at the dive shop, while an optional two-tank dive excursion to Culebra is available for those wishing to extend their underwater experience.

To enroll, participants must be at least twelve years old, hold an Open Water Diver certification, and have completed CPR and first aid training within the previous twenty-four months, or take the required CPR course through the program.
