Yes. I was there with my daughter in person. Its really not a cut and paste job! Great experience. You can hire towels too. Bars outside at the Spa with restaurant inside. Open space under the sky and overlooking Akureyri. Great place to see the stars. Couples. Families. Solo travellers. So beautiful place to relax and unwind. My pictures of the Forest Lagoon have temporarily disappeared AGAIN so I'm sending others from my trip to Akureyri. Enjoy!

Not a great customer service as stuff was explainedto us very briefly and only available at the bar. As visited this place first time, it was not very well explained and had to think about everything we need to do and look at everyone else for information and/or how to do stuff. Been overcharged for drinks at the bar twice as they've run out of ingredients in one bar and we had to go to another one. Can't really take a phone with you to take any pictures at all. Would not visit again. Not great and dangerous for small kids.

The perfect place to relax and recuperate after a long day adventuring. The views are great, the facilities clean, and the pools dreamlike. It's beautiful any time of day, but definitely worth going at night to catch the northern lights thru the rising steam of the Geothermally heated waters. It's open fairly late. Also perfect for a post-ski apres! Be sure to guard your towel though, they seem to disappear too easily, but luckily the friendly staff is there to help.

Wonderful visit. So relaxing. The place is absolutely beautiful, nice views of Akureyri and the forest. Peaceful, nice accommodations, the tables inside the lagoon to put your drinks are so convenient. The sauna is really nice and it has a great view too. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is easy access. Totally recommend for a relax chilling time.

Amazing lagoon! Had a great experience. Go early and take the free shuttle! Easy to walk to the pick up stop. Less than 10 minute walk from cruise port. When done, just take the shuttle back!

Moin, Viel zu teuer! Vor Ort stehen Taxen die die Tour mit mehr Punkten an für 275€ für 4 Personen. Wir kommen zu viert auf 580€ FINGER WEG!!!
Nina

Waterfall is beautiful but small. same for the botanical garden: beautiful and small. Definitely not worth the $150/person cost for 2hr drive and two stop journey. Tour guide was knowledgeable. Better to save your money and take Golden Circle tour in Reyavik for $101/person and 8hr journey (larger waterfall, glacier, craters, Iceland horses)

I would highly recommend this tour. Our guide, Siri was amazing and very knowledgeable. We had our 87 year old mom with us and we never felt rushed and she was able to bring her walker on the tour. The waterfall and botanical garden were beautiful. Thank you Siri for a wonderful time. The Canadian sisters and their mom
