Nothing short of a nightmare. First off they left us waiting for an hour in Miami's summer heat.!Then, to make matters worse, they jeopardized the safety of around 100 passengers and the driver by subjecting us to a stifling two-hour journey without air conditioning. This resulted in multiple passengers requiring medical assistance. The tour itself was a complete disappointment, failing to deliver on any of the promised experiences. Despite complaints from everyone on the bus, they adamantly refused refunds, further cementing their reputation as a scam operation. To add insult to injury, they only accept cash payments, likely to evade refund requests through banks. This is not just a rip-off; they're a danger to your well-being.
Had a horrible experience, very disorganized. Especially when the tour guide didn’t realize I speak Spanish and I understood everything. Things went sour once she ask for tips and we did not have any cash. Could not give me a straight answer when I asked when does the bus leave. Also tried to leave us at the second stop thankfully I spoke Spanish and understood that she and the Driver was leaving 30 mins. Don't fall for the $5 off sale pitch that's the regular price, they ran out of souvenir cups, your (free) drink tickets aren't for alcohol like they say. We paid $45 for two drinks. The boat doesn't look as advertised.
I had never done the boat ride through the houses of celebrities, since I got these guys they always attended us with a smile and we had a great time, they were in the whole purchase process, they took us to the boat and they made us the best recommendations, I will go back there for sure I want to go to the Florida keys.
