Impeccable service!! We travelled today (dec 27th) from Taghazout to Marrakech. Everything was perfectly organized! The information beforehand, the pick up itself and the driver was super friendly. He drove well and helped us in the rain with a good place to get out! The whole trip was comfortable & smooth. Thank you so much! Highly recommended service, we’ll use it again next year!
Souk to surf was pretty efficient and on time. It was pretty affordable too compared to booking private taxis and buses. It makes it easy to meet new people on the buses during the long drives before arriving at your destination which is nice. I also loved that there was bathroom/shopping break at the halfway point to feel refreshed before the other half of the trip. Had a bit of an issue with one of my bookings but Mohamed was helpful in getting it resolved as soon as possible. Overall will definitely use this team to get around whenever I’m back!
Great experience! Modern busses, punctual times and their customer service is A+. I got fast responses to my questions on WhatsApp and they send you a tracking link for the bus - that way you know how far away the bus is and don't have to wait blindly at the stop. Ali was amazing, a really happy and kind person. I forgot my jacket on the bus and it was no problem to pick it up the next morning. The communication was fast and Ali was super nice and had kept it safe :) Definitely recommend!
