Der Ausflug war schön. unser Guide hat sich viel Mühe gegeben uns viele Tiere zu zeigen. Wir haben zwar gedacht, wir würden mit dem Safari Bus durch den Park fahren, war aber leider nicht so. Aber unser Guide hat das beste draus gemacht

Entgegen der Beschreibung im Angebot und der Informationen in Emails entsprach die Tour nicht unseren Erwartungen. Der Tourguide kam nicht wie vereinbart zum Treffpunkt. Das Fahrzeug entsprach nicht den Sicherheitsvorschriften - auf der Rückbank gab es keine funktionierenden Sicherheitsgurte, Fenster auf der Fahrerseite ließen sich weder vorne noch hinten öffnen. Das war zum Fotografieren während der Safari natürlich schlecht. Unser Fahrer wurde sehr kurzfristig über seinen Einsatz informiert. Wir mussten vor der Fahrt in den Addo Nationalpark erst tanken und einkaufen fahren. Unser Guide und Fahrer Carlos hat sich dann aber sehr dafür eingesetzt dass wir doch noch einen schönen Tag hatten. Wir hatten viele Tiersichtungen, ein wunderbares Picknick und bekamen viele Informationen. Das die Tour doch noch ein Erfolg war, war einzig diesem jungen Mann zu verdanken. Bei dem Fahrzeug handelte es sich um einen Kleinwagen. Wir würden diesen Anbieter nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns mit den Guides am Eingang des Addo Nationalparks getroffen. Nach einer halben Stunde Verspätung der Guides konnte die Safari starten. Für Snacks und Essen / Trinken wurde ausreichend gesorgt. Die Verständigung auf Englisch war überhaupt kein Problem. Es wurde uns viel über die Tiere erzähl. Die Guides waren stehst bemüht und immer im Kontakt mit anderen ob es zu irgendwelchen besonderen Sichtungen kam. Im großen und Ganzen war es ein toller Tag mit vielen in Erinnerung bleibenden Eindrücken. Die Guides waren absolut freundlich und zuvorkommen. Wir können die Safari mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

nice guide. the pick up was very chaotic. 2 families of 4 people. were first driven one after the other outside the barrier in a passenger car, then driven with 2 cars 5 minutes to a van. It was said that we would sit in the van until Addo park and then transfer to a 15 person jeep. Upon arrival at Addo park no jeep to be seen but we stayed in the van. the lunch/barbecue was very good
