I bought my bicycle there 2 years ago and I still get it serviced by them today, I wouldn't trade it for any other place.

I was very disappointed with the shop because they were not considerate. My rental bike’s tire became flat and damaged accidentally while I was in Dundrum on my way to work. The staff expected me to return to the shop for the repair and tire change, and they refused to reimburse the cost even though I was fortunate enough to find a nearby bicycle shop that could fix it for me. I was honestly happy with the service at first, but the way they responded to my messages was rude and showed no consideration at all.
