I would definately recommend adding a visit to the view at the palm to your stay in Dubai. It is a very beautiful unique view of the palm that I believe can only be seen from there.

Arrived at 9:30am and did not have a wait. The virtual story of the building of the Palm was well done and informative. This provided the best view of the Palm we saw. Highly recommended.

Great experience as we went at 8am, crowd was very less. We managed to take photos anywhere around the area. However going back to the city was a challenge because of the tradfic during NY eve.

The fast track tickets saved a lot of time - If you are visiting on peak holiday seasons like new year etc - I strongly suggest going for fast track. Overall experience is excellent and nice views of palm and marina areas.

The view is very nice but too much glasses around (for security of course) that a bit struggle to take pictures without reflects. There is a show on the way up, that is good and explain the way the palm was created that was nice. The value for money is not that good, compared to other view (like sky view or the frame)

Sunset is the best time to visit, as the changing colors of the sky create a magical atmosphere. The glass walls provide unobstructed views, making it a perfect spot for families, couples, and photography lovers. Staff are helpful and manage the crowd efficiently. Overall, The View at The Palm is a must-visit for anyone exploring Dubai. It’s not just about the views, but the entire experience that makes it memorable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A fabulous experience seeing the Palm from high up! We loved the interactive immersive show beforehand. The views were breathtaking! It’s the best way to see the Palm! The entrance was great seeing a graphic video of an aquarium! Be ready to take lots of shots! It’s well worth going up and seeing it from higher up!

Unlike the Burj Khalifa, where you are often too high to appreciate the details, this deck on the 52nd floor of The Palm Tower offers a perfect vantage point to see the palm shape of the island in its entirety. The experience begins with an interactive museum that details the construction history, which is genuinely interesting and adds context before you ascend. The view itself is a stunning 360-degree panorama. You get the symmetrical beauty of the Palm Jumeirah on one side and the towering Marina skyline and Ain Dubai on the other. The outdoor terrace is a major plus, allowing for reflection-free photos that are hard to get at other indoor observatories. For the absolute best experience, aim for the "prime hours" just before sunset. Watching the city transition from golden hour to twinkling night lights is magical, though tickets are slightly pricier for these slots. If you want to escape the crowds, visiting early in the morning around 10:00 AM provides a serene atmosphere and crystal-clear views. We booked our tickets online with the fast-track option, and it was absolutely worth it. The entrance flow was smooth, the queue was well-organised, and everything felt very efficient. We arrived around 11am, and the crowd level was just right — not too quiet, not too packed — perfect for exploring comfortably. The experience starts at Level 1 with a beautiful LED walkway passage. It’s bright, colourful, and wonderfully photogenic — definitely one of those spots where you’ll pause for a few Insta-worthy shots before even heading up. From there, a quick lift ride takes you directly to Level 52 for the indoor viewing gallery. This is where you get your first panoramic look at the iconic Palm Jumeirah layout. But the true highlight is still ahead: the outdoor deck on Level 54. You’ll scan your ticket again and walk up a short flight of stairs — and then the scenery just opens up. The view from the top is stunning and absolutely breathtaking, giving you a clear perspective of the full palm shape and the magnificent Atlantis standing proudly at the edge. There’s also a cozy café on Level 52, perfect for a short break if you’d like to sip a drink while soaking in those elevated views. The attraction is linked to a decent mall as well, with a nice variety of restaurants and cafés, plus some casual and mid-range shops. It’s great for grabbing a meal or doing a little browsing before or after your visit. Overall, The Palm View Jumeirah is 100% worth visiting — smooth entry, great crowd control, amazing views, photo spots everywhere, and a full experience that’s easy to enjoy from start to finish. A solid must-do in Dubai!
