Here is the translated version of your text in English: “Google doesn’t let me give them less. I did this buggy tour on 15-12-24, and I can say it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. First, we arrived on time for the 2:30 excursion, but we didn’t leave until 4:30. Very unpunctual, especially when they demand that you arrive on time. The service and attention were terrible. I must highlight something dangerous: the buggies don’t work. I had to switch buggies three times. In one of them, it completely shut down, which scared me. The staff treated us like we were crazy, insisting the buggies were fine. Then, in that same buggy, I lost the brakes and crashed into one of the vehicles in front because I had no brakes. My companion also had a bad experience—his buggy kept tilting to one side, so he couldn’t even enjoy the ride. The buggies are poorly maintained and extremely dangerous. At the cave, they only give you a few minutes. Before entering, they make you smell some “potion” 😂😂😂😂, which I found absolutely ridiculous. Then, they give you a “mamajuana” to taste, but it’s just strong wine, and a watery chocolate served in a tiny cup. The cave is beautiful but very deep. They give you floaters, but no guide goes in with you in case something happens. I went in with a friend, and when my arms got tired, we were completely alone. There was no one there to help us. They are very unpunctual. The excursion started at 4:30 and ended at 7 PM. We spent only a few minutes at the beach because it was getting dark. Even though the route is long, stopping every 3 minutes makes it not worth it. Plus, with the buggies in such bad condition, you’re more scared than enjoying the experience. If I had to highlight something from this buggy experience, it would be the following: 1. Unpunctual: 2:30 start time, but we left at 4:30. 2. Bad guides. 3. Long rides that make you anxious instead of excited. 4. Poorly maintained buggies. 5. The cave experience is ridiculous; they only focus on selling. 6. Overpriced items and snacks. 7. They treat you like you’re crazy—if you tell them something is wrong, they insist everything is fine. 8. The worst buggy experience I’ve ever had.”** This version captures the frustration and details of your review while ensuring it reads clearly in English. My experience was very much a disappointment. I seen reviews saying this is a tourist trap but I like to be a judge for myself and this is just that. From start to finish you’re going to overpriced gift shops with made up prices. No one takes no for an answer. They will continuously hustle you and beg until you give in. I asked the price of a little cheap necklace nomore than 15-20 dollars. I was told it was $45 but he would sell it for $35 lol a complete joke. The entire tour you have locals begging for money and food. The groups are so big that you can’t really ride the buggy or ATV because you’re in a line bumper to bumper. Our session started at 2pm. We didn’t arrive back to our hotel until 8:45pm a complete waste of our entire day. I would highly recommend booking with another company

One of the worst tourist traps I've ever been in. The buggies didn't work well, we had to change then twice. They didn't warn us that we had to buy goggles and mouth guards because of the dirt and the combo cost 35$ extra per.person. The "cave" is a man made pool with a store full of needy people telling you to buy from them because if not the kids cant eat dinner. The beach was only 15 minutes after a 20 minute walk in a gross place. Don't waste your time and money on this.

Good excursions overall. But, if you are paying with a credit card you have to consider an 18% markup charged on top of the cost provided (they don’t mention that when providing you with pricing). Also, start time are not puntual, I would say consider an additional 30 to 45 minutes.

Absolutely loved driving a buggy through the jungle and dirt tracks. The staff were all very safety conscious and couldn't help enough. I highly recommend this excursion. The highlight was a swim in a cenote to get rid of all the dirt. We also stopped at the beach for a well needed soak in the sea
