When we arrived in Dublin, we were lucky enough to have Darren at the wheel. He was very informative and entertaining as we made our way around the bus route. He sang, joked and filled us in about the history of Dublin. Darren was so good that we stayed on for the complete route with him first and then hopped off on our second time around. It was a great experience. The train and bus tickets were easily obtained from the meeting point and we were given a map to help us to get around. At both train stations, there were plenty of station hands pointing you in the right direction and making sure that you took the correct trains. The HOHO bus stops were easy to identify and we didn’t have any issues hopping back onto the bus when we’d hopped off to look around.

The guides were fantastic! We had both live guides and also the recorded guide, but the live guides are better! 2 routes, very different but equally interesting. Good value for money to get DART and HOHO tickets- same price though as what the company offered on the day. USB plugs onboard would be icing on the cake, to keep phones charged whilst taking lots of pictures!

Easy to find agent at port to collect tickets for train. And he gave us great instructions for train stops in Dublin and where to find first stop for Hop On/Off. Would recommend.

Site a little confusing and does not work in the search as expected. However, I managed to carry out some searches for the desired destination. If there were more cruises it would be interesting.
