Was extremely happy with the 2 pairs of jeans I got 3 weeks ago. I worn both once. Washed them following washing machine instructions and both now have 2 big lines in them. I can't return as I can't find the docket. €260 spent for them to go like that. It's a joke. I'll never buy carhartt again although I love the brand.

What a poor shop concept. Rather than actually having the full variety of clothes in store in different sizes and colours, the store had loads of unused space and is poorly stocked. It's absurd and a waste of space.

Have been in the store a good few times since it opened and have seen many sales assistants but the one person that has stood out to me during my most recent visit to the store has been Finn who greeted us when we entered the basement and also checked to see if we needed help with sizes. Really really nice to feel that warm welcome when shopping and also first time buying, got a fab pair of jeans which are super comfortable! Would love a women’s section though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
