This is a review for the repair guys, in particular Paul. This guy is amazing at sorting out all your machine issues. He is a fountain of knowledge too, helping and advising us of other things while he fixed one of our CNCs. He has fixed the most random of issues as well as perfectly re-levelling our beds. Such a hard worker and lovely bloke. (Working on getting a statue of him outside*, such is his great service). *we have no room for statue, but we did say he deserves one.
