PADI Boat Diver

Spend an exciting day aboard a custom built motor cruiser with an experienced captain and professional dive instructor. Learn essential boat safety skills, common nautical terminology, and a basic understanding of onboard engines to help you feel confident and relaxed at sea. This experience introduces you to boat diving techniques while enjoying open water conditions and the comfort of a well equipped vessel.

You will complete two guided boat dives, learning safe water entry and exit procedures and how to navigate underwater back to the mooring line. Between dives, relax on deck with lunch, tea, and coffee while enjoying the sea views. The afternoon dive takes place at a different site where you can practice leading a dive and improving navigation skills under close supervision. Expect deeper water, excellent visibility, and encounters with marine life rarely seen from shore, making this a rewarding and confidence building diving experience.
