We ( a group of 3 women) booked our transportation with Puglia Private Tours for our 8-day Puglia trip in Oct 2025. We stayed 4 nights in Ostuni and 4 nights in Bari. From start to finish, the service and flexibility provided by the drivers (Carlos, Andrea, Fabrizio) were simply exceptional. All drivers were very professional, courteous, and very helpful with local recommendations (weather readiness, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc). Cars were very clean and very comfortable. Prior to booking our trip, Fabrizio (owner of the company) worked with us via emails and a few phone calls to help finalize our daily itinerary and airport transfers and provide estimates. His pricing is reasonable and worth it. Fabrizio also doubled as our guide in Matera - a must-see and with Fabrizio - it was such a fun experience. Special shout out to Fabrizio for helping us find and bubble wrap the Papale 2021 red wine bottles for us to take back to US (while we 3 were enjoying our lunch and spritz leisurely at a scenic restaurant in Matera)!!! Fabrizzio was attentive, responsive and very clear and courteous since the first message. He explained every single detail of the itinerary, catering to our needs to include activities, locations, times and prices. I have contacted 4 touristic operators in Puglia, but what I liked the most about Puglia Private Tours was the flexibility and lack of rigidness. Fabrizzio offered different choices, and we did choose what we were most interested on. He did not impose a strict itinerary; he tailored a personalized itinerary for us. Everything was wonderful, pick-up times at our Airbnb were on time, the information was very rich and made the visit very pleasant. Fabrizzio communicated fluently in English, Spanish and Italian (helping me practice my rusted Italian learned in school). All our questions were answered and the cherry on the cake was his restaurant recommendations. All of them were in a different level of deliciousness. I do recommend Puglia Private Tours to other tourists who not only want to enjoy the wonders of Puglia but also to have a positive person with a great energy guiding you through this adventure. I arranged a tour with Puglia Private tours for my wife and her friends and I was in contact with the ONE AND ONLY - FABRIZIO. Everything was planned to accommodate them as much as possible from airport pick up to airport drop off. Andrea was the driver and he gave an incredible service throughout ! Always VERY punctual and with immense patience. Places visited were Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, Lecce, San Giovanni Rotondo, Matera, Bari and Alberobello. They also had guided tours to Masseria Altemura for wine tasting and Masseria Valente for oil tasting, both suggested by Fabrizio and both well worth the money ! I wish I could give a 7 star rating to Puglia Private Tours. All I can say to Fabrizio is...... We will return ! Grazie Mille amico.
