This was one of the best experiences of my life! The wilderness was breathtaking, our guides were hilarious and knowledgeable and the food was delicious. I will remember this forever!
I’ve had a week to digest the most incredible river trip ever - Middle Fork Salmon River with Idaho River Adventures. The six day trip was awe-inspiring. The guides were professional, hard working and team focused. They ensured that everyone had a great trip with awesome meals. Each guest had the opportunity to ride in oar rafts (guide rows and guests relax), the paddle raft (everyone paddles) and inflatable kayaks (called duckies). I spent two and a half days in duckies, one and a half days in the paddle raft and two in an oar boat. Because we did a late season trip, we flew in to Indian Creek rather than being bussed into Boundary Creek. If you like flying and fishing, this is the best way to go. Clearer water in late season means better fishing. And the Middle Fork’s wilderness is amazing. Incredible scenery, hot springs, great hikes and swimming are just the beginning. Just got back from 6 days on the Middle Fork of the Salmon with the Idaho River Adventures team. We had a blast! The guides were hard working, fun and so knowledgeable. Food was amazing with every meal being different and unique. Our days were full but not hurried. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to experience this beautiful river!
