This was an enjoyable and informative tour that was served up with some excellent food. We took the Day of the Dead walking tour with Abraham and Alejandro - two excellent and knowledgeable guides - and enjoyed every minute: from the stories about the history and meaning of the Day to the very moving cemetery and mural tour to the amazing feast and the walk along the Malecón to see the Catrinas and ofrendas. It is a five hour tour that begins with a snack at the La Chula restaurant, a well-kept secret that we will definitely return to. Between the cemetery tour and the Malecón walk we returned to La Chula for tequila and rompope toasts and some of the best chicken mole I’ve ever eaten. Every aspect of this tour was done well. Will take another walking tour with this group next time we are in PV.

It was very hot. But our guide did a great job at making sure we stopped in shaded areas. Lots of fun facts. I can't remember the older gentlemans name but he was lively!
