Another lovely sauna experience on the North Beach in Rush. Ice baths, ice barrel, shower and drinking water are great additions so no need to head for the tide to cool down if you’d prefer not to. Highly recommend. Lovely check-in staff too.
I love this place. It's a bit pricey to go regularly but worth it. Wish I started doing during the summer when I could appreciate the sea view . There are boxes to keep clothes dry and safe. No parking immediately at the sauna so a few mins stroll to the caravan park. Or along the beach. It can be a little tight if there are 10 in it but still nice. Go. You won't be disappointed
Great view and setting overlooking the ocean! The wood fired sauna is lovely and big. I didn't try the plunge barrel but the two ice baths are lovely and clean. Great spot for groups or individuals.
