We joined the tour last November 11–13 and had an amazing experience. Our 2-day tour to the lakes and canyon was well-organized and truly memorable. The host at Kolsay House was very welcoming, and their food was honestly the best we had during our trip. During our hike to Big Almaty Lake, Safiya went above and beyond to make sure everyone was safe and comfortable. She was so attentive, We are so amazed on how she constantly goes up and down the trail to check on each of us, making sure no one was left behind. We joined Joinme’s tour to Big Almaty Lake with our guide, Tair. The tour went very well: the sprinters, drivers, and guide were all well organized. It was my second time visiting, and I wanted to show my two siblings this beautiful place. The nature there looks almost surreal. Our guide, Tair, provided us with interesting background information about the area and took great care of every member of the group. People from different countries joined the tour, and we really enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly and joyful.
