The audio on the red route did not work properly so we couldn't hear the commentary. The red route info states it takes 80 minutes but due to the heavy traffic it took 150 minutes. We took the 4.20 tour, with the intention of doing the evening tour, which starts at 6pm, so it had left by the time we got back to the departure point. Luckily we were able to do the evening tour the next day. there were others who were not able to do so. I doubt the traffic will be any easier at other times so I recommend making sure you use tours that start no later than 3 pm
The bus route now only goes along the highway, and the buses are always late. They are supposed to run every 40 minutes, which is already not very frequent, but the bus often doesn’t show up for more than two hours. Even the app shows completely wrong times. It will say the bus is coming in one minute, and you still end up waiting another 30 minutes. Very unreliable service!
