Customer Reviews
I’m honestly very disappointed with our experience this time around. We spent close to $40, and the biggest issue by far was the staff. They were unfriendly, didn’t smile, didn’t project their voices, and didn’t seem excited or engaged with the kids at all. I could barely hear what they were saying, which made the experience confusing and underwhelming—especially for children who are supposed to feel excited and welcomed. The charm options were also very limited, which was surprising and disappointing given the fact that you’re spending $40 for just two slimes. While the lack of Christmas-themed items isn’t necessarily a complaint, it is a missed opportunity given the time of year and the type of business this is. What makes this especially frustrating is that I booked my son’s birthday here last year, and the difference in service is night and day. Last year, the experience felt warm, fun, and engaging. This time, it felt rushed, flat, and uninviting. I understand this is a family-owned business, which is why I’m sharing this feedback. The concept is great, but the staff’s attitude and lack of enthusiasm are really hurting the experience and, honestly, the business itself. I truly hope this is taken as constructive feedback, because this place has so much potential—but the service needs serious attention.
Last minute I decided to throw my daughter’s 4th party here, this place was absolutely amazing!!! Veronica kept in touch to make sure things would be the way I wanted them for the day of the party. They said decorations were included, but I decided to order decorations on Amazon and the staff decorated for me assuring things were how I wanted them. The day of the party everybody was super helpful, respectful, very kind and eager to make sure they helped me if needed, and that things were going according to plan. Veronica and the servers helping me for the night were AMAZING!! Even missing last minute items they were willing to help me as much as possible. The price online is accurate as well and Veronica clearly explained to me before hand what I would be expecting to pay, I think it was absolutely worth it. I’ve brought my daughter here by herself just to play which she absolutely loves, $30 for 2 hours of play and 2 slimes, but her birthday was an absolute success!
We recently went to slime time at the Promenade Shops with our Girl Scout troop. We had an excellent time! I originally called to book the date and asked many questions and the person on the phone happily answered all of my questions. When it came time for the party everything was executed beautifully and exactly as described. The person running the party was very organized and kept the girls engaged. There was some free time where they could use the sensory table and the bouncy houses and everything was very clean and they had a blast. We then did the pizza package and the pizza was delicious and arrived on time just when the girls needed to eat. The party flowed great. The girls had so much fun and were all talking about it at school the next day. The adults were also positively talking about it the next day. The decorations (table cloth, plates, etc) were very nice. I would highly recommend booking your party with slime time!
