Rude staff, 3 staff members all chatting to each other at the till, the girl serving me didn’t even look me in the eye once. She was talking about trying to go home at 3pm (it was 4pm) and she wasn’t allowed. During this I was asking her if I could scan my phone or do I need my card for the return and she kept saying “yes” to my question (3 times), clearly not listening. Finally made the return again, no eye contact, when the transaction finished she all but flung the receipts in my direction on the counter and said “thank you” while again looking at her coworkers, honestly makes you feel subhuman.

Penneys is always a great spot, you really can’t go wrong. I love browsing there, the store is nice and well laid out, and there’s always something for everyone. It’s a nice place to shop.

Penneys aka Primark has incredible deals on clothing and beauty essentials. This location has more variety than the other one that is within walking distance. Whether you need a new pair of fashionable trainers, travel PJs or cosmetics and hair products, Penney’s has it all! They also have a new nail salon that offers an array of beauty services. You can also shop duty free for combined purchases over 79 euro.

I stood near the fitting room for almost 45 minutes — this was absolutely unacceptable and extremely frustrating for me and my family. The clothes here for men might be good, but what’s the point if you have to wait over half an hour just to try on a single pair of pants? This is honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. The management is clearly failing — no proper system, no one to assist, and no sense of customer care. We came here excited, and left angry and disappointed. Do better.
