Pior faculdade do mundo. Os alunos competem entre si, os professores são todos presunçosos, um pior que o outro, cada qual se achando melhor do que os demais e muito superior a ti. Eles humilham-te, o prazer deles é ver os alunos a chorar, a humilhar-se por uma nota de 12. Nas orais, torturam o aluno durante 40, 50 minutos e mesmo assim fazem questão de dar nota baixa, muitas vezes não aumentam nem um ponto. Os alunos não têm experiência profissional durante a licenciatura, não sabem nada do que acontece na vida prática de um advogado, juiz ou qualquer outro cargo na área, é uma vergonha. Os alunos são treinados para decorar o que determinada pessoa disse, o que determinado doutrinador afirmou, e colocar isso na prova. Se erram ou não se lembram, são considerados burros e inadequados para a profissão. Os professores não ensinam, todos os alunos têm que aprender por conta própria. Não é por acaso que eles preferem faltar às aulas teóricas e ficar na biblioteca a decorar doutrina, indo às aulas práticas com os professores assistentes. Nestas aulas, são obrigados a competir com os outros alunos, passando por cima dos colegas para conseguir falar em sala de aula e obter uma nota razoável na avaliação contínua.
Se puderem, evitem a todo custo realizar o reconhecimento de nível com essa instituição. Há meses tenho tido imensas dores de cabeças com um procedimento que começou mal, e anda mal até agora. Não cumpriram o prazo de 90 dias para elaboração do meu documento, dei entrada no pedido em SETEMBRO/2024 e até o momento o que obtive foram muitas desculpas. Eles sempre dão um jeito de “tentar justificar” algo injustificável, que é a falta de cumprimento com prazos legais. A culpa é sempre de algo. Cheguei a ligar uma vez e ouvir de uma colaboradora MAL educada: “é só isto, nada mais a acrescentar”. Estou passando por um estresse sem tamanho cobrando, ligando, e nada. Meses à espera de um documento. Detalhe: não estão a me fazer nenhum favor, nada de graça, muito pelo contrário. Paguei €550,00 para este reconhecimento moroso, estressante e sem resolução. Deixam-nos aflitos, respondem quando querem, sem o menor respeito e comprometimento, sempre cheios de desculpas. Falta de organização e comprometimento.
Experiência mista nesta faculdade. No geral, os programas são completos, aprende-se bastante e há até alguma ajuda por via de documentos úteis partilhados por todos. Por outro, é uma escola politizada em que alguns assuntos assumem uma desnecessária carga ideológica. As relações entre alunos são caracterizadas sobretudo por interesse ou mera maledicência de outros. As instalações são adequadas. A biblioteca é, contudo, excelente. Recomendo que experimente uma unidade curricular avulsa e retire as suas conclusões.
