Intermidiate hike. Bê prepare tô see a beautiful view. Is Very good tô bê there.
We hiked this trail on a Friday mid day at the beginning of May. Definitely hike this counter clockwise. The elevation gain is better but more importantly the views are better. The weather was amazing which brought out more hikers than we expected. This only became apparent when we had to step off the single file boardwalk trail which traverses the boggy mountain portion of the hike. Not a big deal, but I imagine a weekend day full of folks may make it tricky.
Beautiful place, but you need begin rout from left side lake. Up to mountain. And weather without clouds.
