Although there was a mixup with the reservation (translation issue), they resolved it quickly and professionally. The staff were very accommodating, and friendly. The bikes were in good working order. The maps they provided and route were clearly marked. The scenery was incredible, and were so happy to be able to do it on bikes rather than in a car. Highly recommend doing this Circuito Chico on bike.

Convenient and easy to rent e-bikes to do the Circuito Chico loop. I messaged on WhatsApp to reserve the bikes in advance and could pay in person with credit card. Arrived and had the orientation and bike fit and were on our way in 15min. We did the loop counter clockwise (opposite way to arrows on map) and enjoyed it. Would recommend taking the paved road to Colonia Suiza if you add that on (not the one shown in white on the map but the one show in red/brown).
