Discover the charm of Zakopane, a town nestled in the heart of the Tatra Mountains. Known for its rich highlander culture and stunning mountain landscapes, Zakopane offers a perfect mix of tradition, adventure, and relaxation. Stroll along Krupowki Street, the bustling local bazaar, where you can shop for souvenirs, taste the famous smoked cheese Oscypek, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The town is also Poland’s skiing capital, offering scenic slopes and winter sports opportunities that make it a must-visit destination for outdoor enthusiasts and culture lovers alike. During the winter season, you can explore Snowlandia, a magical amusement park featuring a snow labyrinth, ice sculptures inside an igloo, and a toboggan hill for sledge rides. A visit to Chocholow village reveals traditional wooden houses built centuries ago and the largest thermal baths complex in the region. Soaking in the warm mineral waters provides a relaxing and rejuvenating experience with potential health benefits. This trip combines cultural discovery, winter fun, and natural wellness, offering a memorable day in one of Poland’s most picturesque regions.

Absolute scam of a place. We booked the 2 hour sauna, and spent one hour and 53 minutes there. And still, managed to get charged 10 PLN for overtime. When asked how we occurred such charges, the lady at the counter mentioned that we spent 19 minutes between LEAVING the sauna and BEING at the cashier’s till. Which was absolutely untrue, as we are very sure that we only spent 8 minutes changing. (for context, we left the sauna at 20:56 and we got charged at 21:04) The lady said, that we spend 19 minutes leaving the sauna, which is just totally untrue. I tried explaining the situation, but the cashier just didnt budge. 10 Zloty is not a lot of money, but its the feeling of being overcharged that sucks. Now, on to the sauna. It was a very small area and was (in my opinion) the worst sauna I ever had. People were shouting and fooling inside, many in their swimsuits (although it being a textile free zone) and very wet floors (even inside the saunas). Personally, I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this place for pure sauna after skiing. Maybe the pool area would have been a better experience but this review is solely talking about the sauna experience 👎

Amazing place for relaxation, thermal bath and fun. There are slides in varying heights and speed. Inside the building there are multiple pools, including some for kids, and outside there is a heated pool. The highest slide leads to the thermal pool and makes it really enjoyable. Also there are saunas on 2nd floor. Be ready, because you cannot go there with swimsuit- only with a towel or nothing. Well equipped with lockers, changing rpoms, toilets, showers and hairdryers.

The Aqua Park ticket price Happy Hour is very correct coz more than 3h when you don't have childrens you cannot stay coz very boring. The pools inside still cold and outside is just perfect 🥰 The sauna areea is really not intersting , and the smell is not confortable. The parking capacitty is very small, and you need to pay 1zloty for each .

Excellent guide, fabulous activities with enough time to explore both the town of Zakopane, the mountain range and funicular 🏔️ and the steamy thermal baths!

A great day out. Our driver was punctual and helpful and gave us some good tips to make the most of the day. Zakopane was beautiful, it was a blue sky day and the views from the top were incredible, the town is also lovely. The thermal baths were good fun, very warm and although it was busy it was still relaxing. We would definitely recommend this trip.

The last and "coolest" day of my Krakow journey! Janek was a responsive and knowledgeable guide, entertaining us with interesting facts during the trip. The day in Zakopane was a bit rainy, but it didn't bother enjoying the beautiful views of nature and the hospitality of the city. The pearl of the trip was the time spent at the SPA.
