Very nice place to see the animals. The most interesting time is the feeding time which is 2:30 pm. Combine your experience with the Nairobi Safari Walk and you won't regret.
I visited this zoo recently and to be honest, our experience was a bit underwhelming. We only went to the Animal Orphanage section and paid around USD 20 per person. Unfortunately, it was quite small and we didn’t get to see many animals during our visit. It also seems like the park is divided into separate sections, and the part we visited felt limited and not very engaging. Because of that, it didn’t quite meet our expectations. That said, I think the experience might be much better if you do the main park drive with a car and explore the larger areas of the park. I’d be open to trying that next time, as it looks like it could offer a more enjoyable and complete wildlife experience.
Good place to see many animals in a small space; by the same token their habitat should be larger and more natural.
