Totally unreliable. We booked a tour 2 days prior. I had to ask them 2 times about the exact pick up time. They sent us confirmation without any time, when I asked them, they told me I will be contacted a night prior the trip. I had to write them over What's up on that night just to find out they didn't book us for that trip. So if you don't want to waste your time, find the same trip with someone else.
As an experienced diver, I had messaged the company about diving with a licence. I was placed on a boat with about 60 people which was doing intro dive… I was told on the day I’m not sure if I will go down with professionals. It occurred I was the only one there and I was told I have to do my first intro dive even though I have a license. I do not recommend this company for experienced divers.
Ny friend and I travelled with this company from Alanya to Cappadocia for a 2 day tour. The company left 4 Phillipino people in Cappadocia, stranded even though they booked and paid for their transfer with Get Your Guide. Our tour operator said that they broke a rule by booking with another company for air balloon. I spoke with another solo female traveller who was in the same situation. He told her to get off the bus. These people paid 150/170 for the balloon ride. We booked through the company (following the "rules") and were charged 250 per person, despite the website saying 80-150. The guides were very rude, they had very bad English and it was difficult to understand the information. I witnessed one of the guides shouting at two women on two separate incidents. "DO NOT WASTE MY TIME". The bus is a small mini bus with bad air-conditioning and is packed with people and luggage. Very uncomfortable for a long journey. The first place we were brought for breakfast was appalling. It was dirty and staff were extremely rude. Many of the staff did not have any English, which of course is not their fault at all, but our guides who speak Turkish and English were not helpful in helping us to order.
