Had an appointment booked weeks in advance and had a reminder message of my appointment date/time sent to me the day before. No one turned up on site until after half an hour after my appointment. I had other things booked that day and couldn’t stay. No apology given. I was polite and asked for a refund because I count stay and then the person disappeared for 15min, I presume to avoid me. I couldn’t wait longer and had to leave because I had other things booked and don’t like being late…. Not sure how reliable the refund will be. This was a regular pre holiday treatment. Very disappointed. Will not recommend. Will not return

I wasn't happy with the massage as I told the girl that I wanted to have more time at my back and no time at all with my back. I started the massage more than 5 minutes later and I finished 5 minutes before! She wasn't good !

Bad customer service. I made an appointment for a 45-mins massage and when I arrived the receptionist suggested changing it to an hour-long one, I accepted. In the end, they only gave me 45 minutes. So when I went to reception to find out what was going on, no one was there. I had to leave. It was definitely a bad experience. Regarding the massage, I felt that the massage therapist had no experience, and she didn't speak English at all and only made signs. I do not recommend this place at all, I’m really disappointed
