If you manage to catch a fish, it will be used as the main ingredient in a delicious soup prepared over an open fire inside a cozy Lappish hut, or kota. Even if the fish remain hidden beneath the ice, your guide brings a backup catch from previous trips to ensure the cooking experience continues. While enjoying warm drinks by the fire, you’ll savor the taste of fresh Arctic fish and take in the peaceful silence of Lapland’s winter landscape.
