We really enjoyed the trip (Puno - Cusco) and it was one of our best tours in Peru so far, the guide Eduardo was really knowledgeable and told us so much about the sites and also about the areas we went through in general and also about Peru in general. The buffet lunch was good and the stops where nice, but the highlight, as already mentioned, was definitely Eduardo. If you look for a cheap way to get from Puno to Cusco you are definitely wrong here, you get bus rides for around 20$ per person I think, but if you want to visit some spots on the way and also get some information about Peru and the route in general I would definitely recommend it.
The bus was very comfortable with roomy seats and plenty of legroom. Seats laid back for a snooze. The included transfers from hotel to bus to hotel were good and we were pleased to not be trying to organise a transfer once we got to Cusco. The stops were good, particularly Raqchi where we had Alfredo as a guide. The buffet lunch was very good, with plenty of choices. The only negative was that it was very warm on the upper deck of the bus and they didn't seem to be able to cool it down. Wear layers so that you can peel them off if it gets hot.
I would take this luxury bus tour company anywhere in the world without hesitation. Our guide Marita, was both hilarious, energetic, passionate & well educated. At times this felt like a Phd field trip and for some perhaps too much but you were always free to hang back or not participate. Loved every minute!
