    I booked a 3-day private tour with Swiss Epic Tours and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Our itinerary covered a city walk around Zurich, Mount Rigi and Lucerne, followed by Rheinfalls, Schaffhausen, and Stein am Rhein. Although my mother and I had different guides each day — Sergio, David, and Robbie — every one of them was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and a joy to be around. I especially appreciated the genuine conversations we had and how attentive they were toward my mother, who is in her 70s. She had so much fun, and the pace of the tours was just right for her. With elderly travellers, it’s really about slowing down to savour the journey, and these tours were perfect for that.
