Zavartnots International Airport is a well-organized and efficient airport. I had a very pleasant check-in experience. The airport itself is clean and spacious, with a good selection of shops and restaurants. As far as the boarding process was concerned, it was smooth and the departure time was on time. I had a pleasant experience at Zavartnots International Airport.

I really liked the airport—the staff are pleasant, all the signs are clear, and security checks were as quick as possible, taking a maximum of 15 minutes. The duty-free area is large, offering cosmetics, gifts from Armenia, sunglasses, alcohol, etc. There is also a good business lounge. There are also plenty of seats in the waiting area. However, the Wi-Fi didn't work very well—it wouldn't connect and kept disconnecting.

The airport is good enough. Before the flight, you can have a nice meal at one of the cafés — there’s a good selection and quick service. The visa-on-arrival process is very convenient and fast, with no unnecessary formalities. The airport and customs staff are friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. Don’t rush to turn down offers from taxi drivers outside the airport. If you have some time and don’t want to use public transport, you can take a short tour around the area for a small fee. We did just that — for €30 we visited some beautiful old churches near the airport. It was a great experience!

Small Airport but modernized and everything is fast from Check in to security and boarding process. The Officer also were very nice to me during my Arrival and welcomed me with their warm smile. On Departure its speedy fast too. decent Cafes to go and sit while waiting for the flight! Would love to come back in Beautiful Armenia!
