During the visit, through the guide’s demonstration, we gained clear insights into the history of Noy and the process of winemaking. It was truly a knowledgeable trip, and the wine-tasting session was an excellent experience.

It was one of the worst tours we have ever been on. Most people had arrived well before 3:00 PM, so the payment could have easily been collected earlier. Instead, everything started poorly, with a very disorganized payment process. The tour was supposed to begin at 3:00 PM, but payment only started at that time and took another 20 minutes since there were around 30 people in the group. The tour guide didn’t provide much information about the factory at all. Her explanations were extremely short, and her voice was too low for many people to hear properly. Overall, the presentation felt rushed and uninformative. When it came time for the fortified wine tasting, there was complete confusion about the glasses. Perhaps some guests who didn’t have the tasting package were mistakenly given them. The guide wasted a lot of time checking tickets to see who had paid for tasting, and in the end, she didn’t manage to sort it out. She was very inefficient. During the 5-year-old and 10-year-old brandy tasting, her explanation lasted barely a minute, if that. The group was too large, and she couldn’t even arrange for families or friends of six to sit together, even though there were empty tables available. She claimed those tables were reserved for the next group and tried to split them into smaller groups of three. As I didn’t have a tasting package (since I don’t drink), she even asked me to leave the table where I was sitting next to my husband. Is that professional? I doubt it. After that, she simply left everyone to drink without explaining anything, not even when or how we were supposed to leave. When the next group arrived, we were still there and could clearly see how their guide was far more professional, giving detailed explanations. Then, some staff members came and asked us to leave the tasting room but didn’t allow us to exit the factory yet, saying we had to leave as one group, even though half the people had already gone. In the end, we waited another 10 minutes without any guide to lead us out. Overall, everyone was extremely disappointed with the tour. It was completely unprofessional and a waste of money. We strongly recommend not visiting this factory.

Unfortunately, this was probably the worst alcohol related tour we had ever been on. We started with a quick whistletop tour of the "museum" which had a few displays about the history of Noy. The tour guide briefly said a few things at each point, but this was barely a few sentences. Next, we were taken the cellar, where we had a chance to take some pictures. Once again, the tour guide said maybe 5 or 6 sentences the whole time. We tried a 1946 fortified wine here, which was, at least, somewhat interesting. The tour finished with a quick tasting of a 5 year old and a 10 year old brandy. The guide gave the barest minimum of instruction for how to taste it, before leaving us to our own volition. I came away from the tour knowing nothing more about brandy production or consumption. I'd only waste your money here if you really like Brandy, where the cost of the tour at least returns itself in the tasting.

Really exciting and amazing. there we thousand of barels in different sizes. the inside was so cool and exciting. there were a tour leader which was not so much in mood and always was telling us that we are a bad group and we are noisy, however people were talking to each other a bit about the musuem.at the end they offered us a bit of wine and cognac, which were amazing. beside the tour leader, everything was great and amazing.
