One of the churches. The roads leading to the cathedral are quite narrow, so if you’re driving by yourself, you need to be careful. Sundays, there can be going on. The entry to the cathedral is free. There is ample space for parking also.

Built in the 11th century during the reign of King Bagrat III, it stands proudly on Ukimerioni Hill, offering stunning panoramic views of the city below. Although it suffered heavy damage over the centuries, its recent restoration has revived much of its original beauty.
