Customer Reviews
Order from DGX quite a few times and have always been impressed by their customer service and quality of gear.
I attempted to order for the first time from DGX using a perfectly valid credit card. The order was initially accepted and showed the pending charge. DGX almost immediately reversed the charge to my card with no explanation, and canceled the order indicating they wanted a bank transfer or some other method. I won't be using them again. My card was accepted elsewhere with no issues the same day. If DGX is not going to accept a valid credit card as payment, then they need to indicate this before the order is allowed to be placed and pending charges are left on the card account. This is a ridiculous way to do business. Avoid DGX unless you want to risk the same hassle of being denied after placing an order with a valid card in good faith. DGX you need to make it clear that you only accept cash transactions !
Excellent experience. Easy to navigate website, large selection and variety of items, very competitive prices. The standard free shipping for purchasing over a certain dollar amount was faster than expected as well. My favorite thing about this company are the detailed descriptions and FAQs, which help make my decision between certain options and varieties. I’ll be back again!
