You will need something to wear under the wetsuit (swimming trunks & rash vest) and old running shoes. In the warmer months where wetsuits are not necessary bring old clothes that you do not mind getting very dirty and potentially damaged. Please be aware that anything you wear will be covered in mud and potentially ripped or damaged. Bring a plastic bag or two to put all your wet gear into.
You will need a towel & toiletries for showering afterwards and warm clothes and shoes to change back into.
