Terrible experience. The boat itself is quite nice. But you get drinks in plastic cups, and only water cola and sprite are free, anything else is very expensive. And they dont even have any alcohol, even paid alcohol. Then the glass boat part they lead you down, and its not bad. Except they go super close to places where they definitely disturb the wildlife, and probably hit reef every once in a while. The snorkeling is with a life vest on, mandatory. And only in guided groups. That is a total deal breaker for me. And those groups are far so you cannot finish in the middle. Then the food is not that good. It all takes waaaay too long, and then you are also stuck in Port Ghalib for another hour waiting for transport back. And also, music on board on the way back was way too loud, and absolutely terrible audio quality. I have gotten better audio quality from 30 year old cars that barely run. Would not go again, and would not recommend.
Price: pretty high we pay 75€/person (trip with dinner) Staff: staff on boat 5* Snorkeling staff 2* They tell everyone To not touch the turtle but he touch them. And some guy hit the dugong by boat. Snorkeling was good we see 4 turtles, stingray, triggerfish... About 45 minutes maybe more Dinner: only two options that is not much for people with food restictions. Drinks: cola, fanta, sprite for free, cou can pay extra for some fancy drinks.
I am not very excited about this trip! The ship is nice, but the purpose of its voyage is to sell food, silver and a photo with a price only at the end of the voyage. 😳 Snorkeling felt like swimming in a herd with not a great result. Uselessness for me, those who have corals in the resort will see more.
